Jen and Peter would like to welcome you to our home where we hope you will have a happy and restful stay. We feel lucky to live in such a magnificent area of Britain, looking out onto wonderful views across Sedgemoor and would like you to share it with us.

Rickham House is a family farmhouse and we have 300 acres of land together with beef cattle and a suckler herd of cows and calves. Our home is shared by one cat and our two extremely friendly terriers, "Ritz" and "Cracker". Outside there are two pet ducks!

We are only minutes away from Street, home of Clarks Shoes and now the popular factory shopping outlet of Clarks Village. Glastonbury is just 3 miles away, where the legend of King Arthur lives on and the town continues to attract pilgrims from all around the world.

Wells has the majestic Cathedral together with the Bishops Palace surrounded by a moat. Markets are held there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Going south, Somerton is a pretty little town just 10 minutes away and used to be the ancient capital of Wessex.

We hope this has given you a small taste of what we have to offer, speaking of which, Jen uses as many local products as she can for her breakfasts, so there isn't much need for a big lunch!
